Abstract：
Recently organic electronic devices such as organic light-emitting diodes and organic field effect transistors using organic semiconducting materials have been extensively studied. Although carrier injection process is a key process in such devices, the detailed mechanism is still not well established. In order to investigate carrier injection process at organic layer/electrode interfaces, we developed two techniques; displacement current measurement and ambient photoelectron yield spectroscopy. In this talk, the principle and application of the techniques are presented.
